Miss Walia
French and computer science teacher, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Kilimanjaro Primary School
- Since 2016
- English, Hindi
I teach French at Kilimanjaro Primary School in Mumbai since 2016. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I've had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Miss Walia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Miss Walia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
