I taught geography at Medellín Grammar School in Medellín from 1984 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Miss Velasco
If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Miss Velasco: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
