Miss Van der Heijden
Social studies teacher at Amsterdam Middle School, Since 1982
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Amsterdam Middle School
- Since 1982
- English, Dutch
I teach social studies at Amsterdam Middle School in Amsterdam since 1982. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I've had 1,280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Miss Van der Heijden
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
