I teach Spanish at Silverlake High School in Coyoacán since 2008. Most days I teach first-year students, and I play music while people worked.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
More about Miss Valdez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Miss Valdez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me Spanish in 2015 at Silverlake High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Truly.
