Miss Tamang
Economics and statistics teacher, Biratnagar
- 🇳🇵 Biratnagar, Koshi, Nepal
- Biratnagar Primary School
- Since 2004
- English, Nepali
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Miss Tamang: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
