Miss Pineda
Religious studies and drama teacher, Mandaue
- 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
- Mandaue Public School
- 1991 to 2005
- English, Filipino, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Miss Pineda
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me religious studies in 2009 at Mandaue Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
