Sunrise Academy was my second home. I taught social studies there from 1998 to 2012, mostly first-year students.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Miss Pineda: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
