Miss Payne
29 years teaching mathematics in Lansing
- 🇺🇸 Lansing, Michigan, United States
- Maple Ridge Middle School
- 2012 to 2023
- English
For eleven years I was the mathematics teacher at Maple Ridge Middle School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Miss Payne
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Payne: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
