Birmingham High School is my second home. I teach Spanish there since 1978, mostly Grade 8.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Miss Owens
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
