Miss Mwakyusa
Physical education teacher at Nairobi Grammar School, 2007 to 2020
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Grammar School
- 2007 to 2020
- English, Swahili
For 13 years I was the physical education teacher at Nairobi Grammar School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Miss Mwakyusa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Mwakyusa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
