I taught biology and English literature at Tema Boys' School, Tema. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Miss Mensah: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
