I teach history at Brest Girls' School in Brest since 1980. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
