Miss Maina
Teacher at Kisumu Public School, loves computer science
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- 1995 to 2004
- English, French
I taught computer science at Kisumu Public School in Kisumu from 1995 to 2004. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Miss Maina
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Maina: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me computer science in 2009 at Kisumu Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
