Miss Mahendra
Taught biology at Meadowbank Girls' School

I taught biology at Meadowbank Girls' School in Semarang from 1990 to 1999. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
More about Miss Mahendra
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
