Miss Macías
31 years teaching design and technology in Durham
- 🇺🇸 Durham, North Carolina, United States
- Durham Girls' School
- Since 1989
- English, Spanish, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Miss Macías: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
