I taught Spanish at Hồ Chí Minh City Girls' School in Hồ Chí Minh City from 2012 to 2025. Most days I taught first-year students, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Miss Lam: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
