Miss Kato
Teacher at Thika Girls' School, loves economics
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Thika Girls' School
- Since 1986
- English
For 40 years I have been the economics teacher at Thika Girls' School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Miss Kato
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Kato: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
