Miss Igwe

French and economics teacher, Zaria

  • 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
  • Willow Creek High School
  • 1997 to 2013
  • English, Hausa
I taught French at Willow Creek High School in Zaria from 1997 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week. I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Miss Igwe

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
