Miss Ibrahim
15 years teaching environmental science in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Pioneer Academy
- Since 1993
- English, Hausa
I teach environmental science at Pioneer Academy in Kano since 1993. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Miss Ibrahim: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 2019 at Pioneer Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand!
