Miss Hussain
English literature and geography teacher, Lahore
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Lakeview Middle School
- Since 1979
- English, Urdu
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 47 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

I failed English literature twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Miami.

you taught me English literature in 1990 at Lakeview Middle School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
