Miss Hossain
27 years teaching geography in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka High School
- Since 2008
- English, Bengali
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Miss Hossain
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Miss Hossain: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
