Miss Hassan

Early years and drama teacher, Badagry

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • 1984 to 2013
  • English, Igbo
For 29 years I was the early years teacher at Badagry Public School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Miss Hassan

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Miss Hassan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
