For 15 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Los Angeles Boys' School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Miss Gilbert
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Miss Gilbert: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
