Miss Garrett
Taught mathematics at Silverlake Middle School
- 🇬🇧 Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom
- Silverlake Middle School
- 2015 to 2024
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Miss Garrett
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Silverlake Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
