Miss Fernando
Mathematics and biology teacher, Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Summit Girls' School
- Since 2013
- English
Summit Girls' School is my second home. I teach mathematics there since 2013, mostly Grade 8.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Miss Fernando
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Fernando: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
