I taught statistics and economics at Our Lady of Peace Grammar School, Porto Alegre. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Miss Coelho
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
