I teach English literature at Fairview Technical College in Laredo since 1978. Most days I teach primary school children, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Miss Carlson
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Miss Carlson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
