Miss Butler
Retired biology teacher from Newcastle Secondary School
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Secondary School
- 1998 to 2011
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.

If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Miss Butler: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me biology in 2024 at Newcastle Secondary School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped. Thank you again.
