I taught French at Crown High School in Caloocan from 1999 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Miss Bautista
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Miss Bautista: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
