Miss Awasthi
37 years teaching mathematics in Varanasi
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Varanasi Public School
- 2003 to 2011
- English, Hindi
I taught mathematics at Varanasi Public School in Varanasi from 2003 to 2011. Most days I taught Year 7, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Miss Awasthi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Miss Awasthi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
