I teach chemistry at Oakland Middle School in Oakland since 1980. Most days I teach first-year students, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Miss Acosta: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
