Misaki Mei Kondo

17 years teaching agriculture in Shinjuku

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Willow Creek Grammar School
  • 1981 to 2015
  • Japanese, French
Willow Creek Grammar School was my second home. I taught agriculture there from 1981 to 2015, mostly Year 7. Over the years I had 1,800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Misaki

If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Misaki: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me agriculture in 1996 at Willow Creek Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

A small gift is a big thank-you.
