Misaki Megumi Ogawa
Mentor in software and leadership
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- 1990 to 2015
- Japanese
For 25 years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
