Misaki Mana Hayashi
Local weaving and bicycle repair
- 🇯🇵 Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan
- St. Joseph's Trades Guild
- 2007 to 2022
- Japanese, Spanish
I've worked in weaving from 2007 to 2022. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 750 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
More about Misaki
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Misaki: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
