Misaki Haruka Miura

Mentor in recovery and leadership

  • 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
  • Sakai Community Trust
  • 1988 to 2010
  • Japanese
For 22 years I've mentored people in recovery and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Misaki

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
