Mirjam Wilma Hoogland

Early years and chemistry teacher, Haarlem

  • 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
  • St. Joseph's Primary School
  • 1987 to 1998
  • Dutch
For eleven years I was the early years teacher at St. Joseph's Primary School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Mirjam

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
