Mirjam Jacobs
18 years teaching English literature in Haarlem
- 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
- Since 1989
- Dutch
I teach English literature at Greenfield Academy in Haarlem since 1989. Most days I teach first-year students, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mirjam
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mirjam: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
