For 13 years I ran the cycling program at Liberty Sports Club in Amsterdam. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
What gifts mean to Mirjam: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
