Mio Sugiyama

Teacher at Setagaya Boys' School, loves design and technology

For 22 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Setagaya Boys' School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mio: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me design and technology in 2016 at Setagaya Boys' School. I still remember that terrible school play
