I've been a nurse for 36 years, most of them in elder care at Hồ Chí Minh City University Hospital in Hồ Chí Minh City. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I garden badly but happily.
