For 15 years I've run the athletics program at Kelowna Harbor Boxing Gym in Kelowna. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
