Minato Ren Nakayama
Children's librarian in Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Silverlake Reading Room
- 1990 to 2012
- Japanese, Spanish
I worked at Silverlake Reading Room from 1990 to 2012. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
I never turned anyone away. A library should feel like a living room.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Minato: A gift would go toward books for the children's corner.
