Minato Minato Takagi
Sculpture artist in Kitakyushu
- 🇯🇵 Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan
- Kitakyushu Gallery
- Since 2001
- English, Japanese
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 2001 at Kitakyushu Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Minato: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
