Helping people break into software
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Community Trust
- 2005 to 2016
- English
For eleven years I've mentored people in software and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
