Min Yue Zhou
Volunteer mentor with Laredo Community Trust
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Since 2017
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 250 people through Laredo Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Min
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
