Min-ho Chang-min Kim
Baking for 26 years in Gangnam
- 🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Gangnam Works
- Since 2000
- Korean
I've worked in baking since 2000. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 880 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
More about Min-ho
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Min-ho: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
