Mim Tania Howlader
32 years teaching English literature in Gazipur
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Hillcrest Boys' School
- Since 1988
- English, Bengali
Hillcrest Boys' School is my second home. I teach English literature there since 1988, mostly primary school children.
Over the years I've had 2,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mim
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me English literature in 2014 at Hillcrest Boys' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Thank you again.
