I play classical and tabla. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 12 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Mim: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
