Milon Ratul Alam
Volunteer mentor with Phoenix Foundation
- 🇧🇩 Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
- Phoenix Foundation
- Since 1993
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,720 people through Phoenix Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Milon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
