Miles L. Dominguez
Leadership mentor, Flint
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Flint Foundation
- 1993 to 2007
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Flint Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2002. I still have your notes. Greetings from Joliet.
